1. PPIC
- Operate and ensure the smooth running of the production process as a whole, including calculating and ensuring what is needed in the production process
Requirement :
- Male
- Maximal age is 35 years old
- Minimal Bachelor degree on Mechanical Engineering major
- Minimal 2 years experience in rotating equipment service
- Have knowledge of time management
- Able to carry out a schedule based monitoring program
- Have a good communication and coordination
2. Supervisor Machining
- Implement operations using machining equipment using cutting tools to chisel and remove small chips in material object. Materials from the workpiece material in the form of wood, plastic, ceramic, metal aluminium and others
Requirements :
- Male
- Maximal age is 35 years
- Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering major
- Have experience as a Machining supervisor at least 3 years
- Have knowledge of lathe and milling machine operation
- Ability to make work programs and schedule
- Strong leadership
- Ability to work as a team
- Have a good communication and creative
3. Production Manager
- Manage workshops and manage the implementation of the production process according to a set schedule. Monitor the progress of the job on site in accodance with the set schedule
Requirements :
- Male
- Maximal is age 35 years
- Minimal bachelor degree on Mechanical engineering major
- Minimal 3 years experience in rotating equipment service
- Have management skills
- Able to implement project management & time management
- Able to use a computer for word processing, data base and a a presentation tool
- Able to motivate & communicate with all levels of employees
